Who is responsible for the maintenance of my house?
Ultimate Housing is responsible for the maintenance of all of our properties. We have a dedicated team who will take care of all general maintenance and repairs. It is, however, still up to the tenants’ to keep the house, gardens and/or outside areas neat and clean at all times.

How do I report a problem in my house?
You can either report a problem by calling the office on 0207 394 4499, emailing us on info@ultimatehousing.co.uk or by using our online service for reporting problems. You will need to be logged into your tenant account to access this option where you will also be able to track the progress of any problems which have been reported in your house. When emailing please ensure you give your name and house address.

If there is a maintenance emergency, such as gas leak, flood or fire, please call 0777 613 6987. Please only phone this number when the matter is urgent.
