Steps to moving into one of our rooms:

1. Contact us or use our website to enquire about availabilities.
2. Arrange a viewing to see all the suitable options we have available for you. We will pick you up from the nearest tube station and drop you off again afterwards.
3. Pay your first week’s rent in advance and administration fee and complete all the necessary paperwork. The room will then be reserved for you until you move in.
4. On the day that you move in we will meet you to check you in and hand over the keys. This is when you will be required to pay your deposit.

What we need from you:

• 1 week’s rent in advance to reserve your room.
• Completed contract.
• Completed direct debit form.
• A copy of your passport.
• 3 week or 1 month deposit , depending on your contract
• £10 administration fee.

We don’t require any references.

We accept initial payment by cash, cheque, credit/debit card. Once you have moved in your rent will need to be paid by direct debit. If you have just arrived in the UK we will be happy to help you set up a bank account.
